The plans you are about to purchase are conceptuals only and not for construction. Although they are complete plans, they lack structural and foundation plans. Jim Cox & Associates is not an engineering firm and therefore recommends that the structural and foundation plans be completed by a structural engineer familiar with the soil conditions and building codes in your area.
